Lemons and Geraniums on a plate

As we move into winter, I find myself seeking any last blooms I can find. These geraniums were still in flower, so I’ve placed them on a simple plate with lemons and a blue striped cloth — a little moment of colour and joy.
I chose primary colours here, something I often return to, because of how naturally they work together. I think they bring a sense of balance and vibrancy to this little work, while still keeping it fresh and contemporary.
